EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Exchange are only available for defected goods.
• Defected item must be unwashed, unworn and in original bag.
• Kindly send us a photo of the defected item and we will advice you on the exchange procedure.
• Defected item have to be mailed back to us within 7 days after we acknowledge your email, if not exchange will be void.
• In the event that the item is OOS, please include an alternate item you would wish to exchange in the email.
• A new piece will be sent to you within 2 working days upon receiving the defected item.

 

PAYMENT NOTICE:

• Accept all POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC Payments.
• * PLS NOTE: IF YOU ARE MAKING ATM TRANSFER, KINDLY PROVIDE US WITH THE SNAPSHOT OF THE RECEIPT.
• We will only mail out your item after payment has been verified.
